Tall Paul, a South Dakotan by birthright, is in his 42nd year as a Truth and Freedom Seeker. An electronics engineer and stationed in Asia during Vietnam with a top security clearance, allowed him to see behind the curtain. Back home he started Stereotown, a 4 store high-end, audio chain. In his spare time, Paul continued to learn the truth. In 1989 he moved to Colorado, while working for Hewlett Packard in 1992 Paul revoked his W-4 (finding it to be a voluntary gift to the IRS) later that year he stepped away from the IRS and has not heard from them since, (discovering that it is a self-assessment voluntary compliance system).
In 2008 Paul moved to Panama to study Admiralty Maritime law at the Canal Zone, where he interviewed international ship captains. He lived in 7 countries in South America over 10 years, his favorite being Chile, where he obtained residency for 5 years. In 2018, Paul dedicated most of his time studying the history, law and finance of the United States of America. Paul now teaches Status and Standing, where students learn how to correct errors in the record, effectively removing themselves from the illusionary system of Maritime Law and returning to the Law of the Land.
